Mr. Vinod Chalwadi holds an MBA degree in General Management. He has been employed by a corporation for numerous years. He has extensive expertise in the tour and travel sector. Later on, he established his own companies, United Flavour of India, Kohinoor Skies, and Aussieland Holidays.
In July 2023, he merged all three companies under Aumera Ventures. He excels in motivating his team to reach their goals due to his significant leadership experience. Vinod is well-known for his strategic thinking, sound judgment, and effective resource management in order to achieve success. He is enthusiastic about encouraging innovation, accepting change, and promoting a pleasant, inclusive work environment.
Imelda Ouko

Imelda is a dedicated professional in the tourism sector with a strong track record in sales, operations, and business development. With 10 years of experience in the tour and travel industry, she now serves as the Director of Aumera Tours – Kenya Office, a role she has held since 2023.
In her position, she oversees all on-ground operations, while upholding the company’s high standards of service. Her leadership has been instrumental in building a strong operational team, forging local partnerships, and expanding the company’s footprint in East Africa.Her passion lies in curating authentic, memorable travel experiences while fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation within the organization.
Pratik Patel
Director Australia
Pratik Patel hails from a Gujrati business family in Dhansura. A smart and energetic kid grew up to be shaped as one of the finest leader. He graduated from IIAS school of hotel management Goa. Passing out from there he went to pursue Masters in Hospitality from London. Later spotting an opportunity in Australia he moved to Australia with his family.
In 2016 he joined hands with his collage-mate Mr. Vinod to establish a Destination Management Company. Since the he has never looked back and kept the company growing.
